Not to worry. Most likely your Adobe Reader just doesn't like talking to your web browser. First, make sure that you have the free Adobe Reader installed on your PC or Mac. Then, locate the link to the guide. Instead of clicking the link, RIGHT CLICK (or control + click on Mac) the link and choose "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" (depending on your browser). Choose where you'd like the guide to be downloaded and hit "Save". After it downloads launch Adobe Reader and then choose, "File > Open". Navigate to the folder where you saved the guide and open it.
